SINCE 2013

Allen built the first trailer from scratch with his dad and grandpa, and started selling fresh cut fries on the streets of Harrisburg. That trailer became a truck, the truck became a catering crew, and in 2023 we opened our restaurant at Susquehanna Union Green. The mission never changed: serve food that makes you happy.
