HOW WE SERVE

FOOD TRUCK

$250

The full experience. The truck rolls up, the window opens, and your guests order fresh off the griddle. 2 hours of serving and 20 miles included; +$125 per extra hour booked in advance, +$5 per extra mile.

PICKUP

No fee

Same food, packed hot and ready to serve, picked up at the restaurant. Great for smaller groups and office lunches.

DROP-OFF

$50

We bring it to you, hot and ready to serve, anywhere a truck doesn't fit. Up to 20 miles; +$5 per extra mile.

STAFFED BUFFET

$300

We set up, serve and keep the line moving. 2 servers for 2 hours included; +$100 per extra server, +$100 per extra hour.

Chafing dish kit: $25. For pickup and drop-off, the menu and prices match the restaurant menu.

QUESTIONS

How far will the food truck travel?

20 miles are included in the service fee. Past that it is $5 per mile, and we regularly cover all of Central PA.

What if my event runs long?

Our team closes the serving window at the end of the agreed service time. We’re often on a tight schedule for another event right after. If you think you’ll need more time, ask about adding serving time when you book.

Can you handle dietary restrictions?

Let us know what dietary restrictions you’re working with and we’ll do what we can to accommodate.

What if we go over the Run a Tab minimum?

Run a Tab usually lands within the $30-per-person minimum. Occasionally we do bill for overages, but we’ve never had one come in much higher.

Do small groups make sense?

For groups under about 25, pickup skips fees entirely and drop-off is a flat $50 within 20 miles.

How do I lock in my date?

Submit your package selections, accept your estimate, sign the contract, and pay a 50% deposit. It’s an easier process than it sounds.
